Thank you for shopping with The Bow Bar! Every order is handmade with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.
Processing Time
Our products are handmade and made to order.
Estimated processing times are:

In-stock fabrics: 1β2 weeks

Preorder/custom fabrics: 2β3 weeks
Processing time refers to the time needed to create your order before it is shipped. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
Weekly Preorders
Many of our fabrics are offered as weekly preorders.
Orders are accepted throughout the week and close Sunday at 7:00 PM (CST). Fabric orders are placed with our supplier on Monday, allowing us to keep prices lower and avoid unnecessary inventory costs.
Once your fabric arrives, your order will be handmade and shipped as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated turnaround times, delays caused by suppliers, USPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
The Bow Bar is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.
If an incorrect address is entered and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have it resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Bow Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Local Delivery & Pickup
When available, local delivery or pickup options may be offered during checkout. Customers will receive instructions after their order is ready.
