At The Bow Bar, every item is handmade with care and many products are custom made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns on custom or handmade items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are considered final.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Production and material ordering often begin immediately to ensure timely completion of your order.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered on custom or handmade products.

However, a refund may be issued if:

• Your order is not completed and shipped within the estimated turnaround time due to circumstances within The Bow Bar's control.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Supplier delays

• Shipping carrier delays

• Weather or natural disasters

• Holidays

• Other unforeseen events beyond our control

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction means a great deal to us.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us before leaving a review or requesting a chargeback. We value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to correct any issue whenever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, The Bow Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We are happy to assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
